Studio Policies and Terms and Conditions


We are a small boutique business with limited capacity and therefore depend to a very high degree on our appointment times being filled. Failure to “not show” for any appointment has a huge impact on us as a business, and we ask you to please respect this. This means we do require a fee to secure your photography session booking. Please note that weekends are most in demand and we can not fill in our open times a few days out in event of cancellation. 


Terms and Conditions:

1. A $100 to $150 deposit secures portrait session for the date/time agreed upon.

2. Session fee is 100% refunded for cancellation of session 10 days before your appointment time.

3. If canceled 10 days before your session, the fee will be converted to studio credit voucher and can be spent anytime in the future.

4. Any canceled or missed session appointment automatically converts the session deposit into a studio credit voucher.

5. Any more than a 20 minute appointment “late show” will make your deposit a credit and no longer refundable. Your deposit will not expire.

6. You will receive a $150 credit to spend on anything in our studio.

7. Please note that if you reschedule within 15 days of your original appointment, a $50 refundable deposit will be required. All deposits are fully refundable. In the past, we've had instances where clients rescheduled multiple times, resulting in gaps in our calendar. This is the reason for the additional fee.
