Columbus Renaissance Hotel Wedding | Whitney and Darryl

Whitney and Darryl’s wedding at the Renaissance Hotel was nothing short of amazing with all the detail!

The ceremony with all the nice uplighting and the reception was breathtaking. This wedding was very fun to photograph. We started at Whitney’s hotel room as she was getting ready. I hung the dress up over the bed for the symmetry. As I was taking the photos I saw Whitney and her bridesmaids looking out on the pool deck at another bride doing their first look. The girls were smiling and have a great time. After I finished up with the girls I checked on the guys. I found Darryl being helped by two groomsmen at once for his cufflinks. We then proceeded to have Whitney and Darryl hold hands around a corner without seeing each other. The ceremony went great and I was informed that at the end of the ceremony this was going to be Whitney and Darryl’s first kiss ever! There was a lot of pressure on me but I knew I would get it just as I do it at every wedding. After the ceremony we went to take photos throughout the Renaissance Hotel. Everything was decorated for Christmas so it was pretty easy for me. I love setting up the lighting in all the locations around the Renaissance. I am so glad everything turned out great and we didn't even have to leave the hotel. Congratulations Whitney and Darryl!
