Melissa and Alex are a fun and great couple to work with. The ceremony was held at the St. Joseph Cathedral in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The catholic church was amazing. I attend The Catholic Church of the Resurrection in New Albany but I would love to attend a mass here every so often just because of how great it looks. After the ceremony we headed downstairs for a for portraits. The brick archways are perfect to work with. We also went to the State House for a majority of the wedding party and bride and groom photos. I’m very glad Melissa rented the State House for their portraits. The rotunda was perfect with the leading lines that draws your eye in to them. I have even submitted a few of these photos to be published in Shutter Magazine. After we had our fill of portraits we traveled to the reception at the Renaissance Hotel downtown Columbus. Congratulations to Melissa and Alex!
